Soft ruby red in colour, with a hint of brown earth around the edges.

NOSE

A combination of berry fruits and white pepper, with earth, spice, and some truf?e, savoury characters.

PALATE

A ?ne palate of medium weight, with lovely fruit upfront and savoury ?avours on the mid palate and supple, ?ne tannins on the ?nish. This wine has a classic linear structure, with somewhat restrained fruit and a tannin derived backbone that is subtle yet strong. Open an hour or two prior to drinkingĀ and enjoy the discovery, as the Catalina Sounds Pinot Noir evolves in the glass
