COLOUR

Deep blood red with some copper hues around the edges.

NOSE

Plum, strawberry, some earthiness, spice and dried herbs.

PALATE

Supple with medium weight and density–consistent weight throughout the palate with a dried herb and smoky ?nish. Open an hour or two prior to drinking and enjoy the discovery as Catalina Sounds Pinot Noir evolves in the glass.

Delicate game dishes or lamb on a bed of roasted vegetable couscous.
