DISTRICT OF ORIGIN OF GRAPES

Marlborough, New Zealand.

VINIFICATION

Following pressing, each batch of juice was kept separate in 100% stainless steel tanks. Each tank was then fermented using a variety of yeast strains, with around 8% fermented in a combination of new and old French oak. Once fermentation was complete, each batch was assessed for quality, with the best batches being blended together in preparation for bottling.

New Releases sauvignon blanc & blends
A simple wine but a genuine varietal, with very pleasant aromas and nicely balanced flavours.

This has attractive complexity; gently tweaked tropical fruits are delivered in intense form, really fresh and memorable. The palate packs similar impact and pungent ripe tropical flavours, plenty of cleansing acid crunch and lingering pasionfruit flavour. Bright as a button, it will please the entire party.

Graeme Phillips

100 per cent Marlborough fruit with 8 per cent fermented in a combination of new and old French oak. More restrained and complex, sauv blanc’s high fruit notes here are toned down in a fuller and fleshier style with beautifully pure citrus flavours and tingling acidity running to an intense, dry finish. Beautiful wine.
